How it all began. Originally conceived as our own vehicle, Markus and I set out to convert a multifunctional Sprinter. As a template, Markus’s Ducato served as the starting point—essentially the EV000. In home-based work in the garage, after countless weekends and hours of planning, the first ESSENTIAL VAN, EV001, gradually came to life, piece by piece.
