Our vans are designed to adapt to individual needs. With the basic conversion, the interior can be customized and adjusted according to your own ideas to meet the requirements of specific use. Whether you need extra storage space for equipment, want to set up a mobile workstation, or require special technical installations — the Essential Vans basic conversion system allows everything to be added or removed flexibly and quickly.

Insulation
The 13 mm and 19 mm industrial rubber insulations are the ideal choice for the Essential Vans basekit and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. They provide excellent sound and thermal insulation, are made from durable materials, and can be installed with precision. With their custom-fit design, they effectively reduce noise and temperature fluctuations inside the vehicle.

Airline Rail System
The airline rail network in the van forms the foundation for a multifunctional interior build and is mounted on specially designed and manufactured brackets (reinforcements). The Essential Vans panels are held in place by the rail system. The airline rails can also be used to attach fixed cabinets, modular bed systems, load-securing fixtures, and many other components.

The EV panels, covered with high-quality automotive fabric, create a homely and premium interior atmosphere. Our fabrics are characterized by exceptional abrasion resistance and a high wool content.
A set includes:
- approx. 20 CNC-milled panels (Queenply multi-layer plywood, waterproof bonded)
- pre-milled cutouts for 12V sockets
- EV panels ready for installation
- covered with fabric

The ESSENTIAL VANS Basekit is a certified system approved by Mercedes-Benz. All manufacturer warranty services remain valid after installation. The build is thoroughly field-tested, produced in series, and already in use in over 80 Sprinters. With the basekit, you start off on the right track from the very beginning.
The next step is completing it with our ESSENTIAL VANS packages and customizing it with our constantly growing range of accessories.
Basekit consists of:
